Far House Cottage is a stone built cottage just outside the hamlet of Bettws, in a wooded valley in the heart of the Black Mountains. Some of the finest hill walking in southern Britain starts at the front door. This two bedroom cottage, recently renovated, faces south towards Sugar Loaf mountain.
The cottage feels remote though Abergavenny (all amenities) is 3 miles away and Crickhowell is 6 miles away. Horse trekking, paragliding, golf, mountain biking, canoeing all happen within a few miles of your door. There is a fine pub with excellent food a mile away.
